Lutsy Studio collects only the personal data and project materials you choose to send so the studio can reply, discuss the work, and deliver what you request. Lutsy Studio doesn't sell or share your data for advertising.

Confidentiality and product links

If you send a product URL, demo, file, or access credentials, Lutsy Studio uses them only to evaluate or complete your project. Access isn't shared with third parties, and your data isn't scraped, exported, or reused for another purpose. NDAs are welcome, as are test and guest accounts.

What Lutsy Studio collects

  • Your email address and message content.
  • Any product links, files, feedback, or access you choose to share for the project.

How Lutsy Studio uses it

  • To reply, schedule, scope, and complete your project.
  • To create and deliver the agreed work, such as designs, prototypes, code, notes, or documentation.
  • Never for advertising or resale.

Retention

Final deliverables and project records may be retained for record keeping and support unless you ask Lutsy Studio to remove them.

Where it's stored

Lutsy Studio's email provider, cloud storage, and the project tools used to deliver the engagement.
